Elegancia Arabia Trading, part of the Contracting and Industries (C&I) segment of Estithmar Holding Q.P.S.C., has secured the Mechanical Package for the Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium in Qiddiya City, Saudi Arabia.

The contract is valued at SAR 829 million, marking a major milestone for the company and strengthening its presence in Saudi Arabia’s large-scale infrastructure development sector.

Major Contract for FIFA World Cup 2034 Venue

The Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium is one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship giga-projects and is set to be a designated venue for the FIFA World Cup 2034.

Located in Qiddiya City, around 40 minutes from Riyadh, the futuristic stadium is being developed on top of the 200-metre-high Tuwaiq cliff.

Stadium to Host More Than 60,900 People

The stadium will feature approximately 47,000 seats for football matches, while its overall event capacity will exceed 60,900.

The venue is projected to attract around 7.6 million visitors every year and host more than 60 football matches annually, alongside major entertainment and cultural events.

The development will also feature more than 50,000 square metres of retail, dining and entertainment space.

World's First Fully Integrated Stadium

The climate-controlled venue is planned to become the world's first fully integrated stadium combining a retractable roof, retractable pitch and LED wall.

This technology will allow the stadium to operate throughout the year and adapt to different sporting, entertainment and cultural events.

Advanced energy-efficient systems will also support Saudi Arabia’s focus on sustainable mega-developments.

Elegancia to Deliver Major Mechanical Systems

The Mechanical Package will be executed by Elegancia Electromechanical Services, making it the company’s largest project in Saudi Arabia to date.

The scope includes:

Heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
Public health systems
Firefighting systems
Building Management System (BMS)
The project is scheduled to run from September 2026 to May 2030.

Around 3,000 Employees Expected to Work on Project

Approximately 3,000 Elegancia employees are expected to contribute to the project at different stages of its execution.

The company will bring its experience in delivering complex mechanical systems for large-scale venues to the development.

Company Highlights Role in Saudi Vision 2030

Estithmar Holding said the award reflects confidence in the capabilities of Elegancia Arabia Trading and Elegancia Electromechanical Services.

The contract also strengthens the group’s role in Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 giga-projects and expands its regional engineering platform.

Major Milestone for Elegancia in Saudi Arabia

The SAR 829 million contract strengthens Elegancia Contracting and Industries’ position as an engineering and contracting partner for technically complex developments.

The award also highlights Estithmar Holding’s ability to deploy specialised engineering expertise across major infrastructure projects in high-growth regional markets.
